RESORT GUEST AGREEMENT
Security/Damage Fee:
There is a refundable security/damage fee of $ included in the total of your resort fee listed
above. A credit card is required for the security/damage fee. This deposit will be charged to your card on your arrival date. After your departure, full credit will be issued if there is no damage, missing items, or additional/excessive cleaning required. In the event of damage to the property or cottage, missing items, or related costs, you will be notified of the additional charges and that amount will be deducted from the security/damage fee. Any remaining balance will be issued as a credit to you when the costs are fully determined. In the event of additional charges, it may take up to thirty days to determine costs and refund any remaining balance along with an itemized list of the amount kept for damages. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning that has occurred during their stay.

Please be energy conscious and keep the lights and household items off when not in use. Excessive use of electricity will be charged to your account.
If the charges amount to more than the security/damage fee, the Guest is required to pay the additional amount, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
Normal wear and tear will not be considered additional charges. Please keep the resort property in good condition for the next guests. If any of the appliances aren’t working correctly, please let us know so we can get them fixed or replaced as soon as possible.
Internet
Internet access is provided in the cottage. Instructions are posted inside the cottage. Cell phones should work but will depend on your service provider.
Laundry, Linens, Supplies and Trash Removal
A washer and dryer are available in the cottage, and guests are welcome to use them. Linens and towels are provided, as well as paper products and dish soap. Instructions for trash disposal are posted inside the cottage. Trash removal from the storage closet will occur every third day; however, if you require more frequent service or assistance with a particular issue, please contact us. No housekeeping is provided.
Yard Care/Snow Removal
Yard care is normally done between guest arrivals/departures, but sometimes it is necessary during the guests’ stay. Snow will be plowed on a needed basis. You might have to call us when plowing is needed. You may be required to shovel the sidewalk, the driveway or other entry areas in order to get into and out of the cottage.
